How I work:

 

Step 1:  Clarity for Change

We start by getting clear on what you want to change or move forward in. This might be a specific goal, a decision, or a general sense of feeling stuck. We turn this into a clear focus so sessions have direction.


Step 2: Identify what’s in the way

We look at what’s been blocking movement such as habits, patterns, self-doubt, fear, or past experiences that still influence the present. Insight is used briefly and practically, only where it helps remove blocks.


Step 3: Create realistic actions

Together we agree small, achievable actions between sessions. These are tailored to your life and energy, so change feels doable rather than overwhelming.


Step 4: Review and adjust

Each session we review what worked, what didn’t, and why. We adjust the plan as needed, keeping momentum without pressure.


Step 5: Build confidence and independence

Over time, you develop clearer decision-making, increased confidence, and the ability to keep moving forward on your own.
