
My standard fee is £85 per hour.
I work flexibly and collaboratively, adapting session length and frequency to suit you.
Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes
90-minute sessions are charged at £127.50 and suit clients who want more depth
60-minute sessions suit clients who prefer a focused approach
Sessions may be weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or every six weeks, depending on your needs
For first-time coaching, I usually recommend six sessions to support meaningful change. These are typically spaced over approximately three months, with session frequency agreed together. This allows time for progress while remaining flexible.
After the initial six sessions, we can review together whether further sessions would be helpful. Top-up sessions can be booked pay-as-you-go or as a block, depending on what suits you best.

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice will be charged.
